His Opinion: Preis Leistung überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt. Nie wieder. Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind schön der Rest eine Katastrophe. Teilweise so hochnäsiges Personal das man sich nicht als Gast wohl fühlte sonder eher unerwünscht.Pool wasser trüb , mit Chlor versucht das dreckige Wasser zu überdecken, bis wir was gesagt haben, plötzlich war frisches Wasser drin.
Im PRIVAT Strand Müll. Frühstück war das allerschlimmste 4 Sterne, 2 tische nur süßes, am ersten Tag gab es noch Brötchen und gekochtes Ei, mit vertrockneten Käse und ein paar Scheiben Salami, danach nur noch Toast mit trockenem Käse und ein bisschen Schinken und wenn du später dran warst dann nur noch Toast mit butter. Auswahl am Abendessen, 1 Vorspeise 2 Pasta 2 Hauptgerichte und total überteuert.

His Opinion: A fronte di una location stupenda, di ottime stanze e di una struttura importante ho verificato i seguenti difetti:
1) Ristorante non all'altezza e caro il prezzo rispetto alla qualità della cucina;
2) Mancanza di copertura wifi se non nella hall;
3) Chiusura di tutte le attività ad un'ora non consona ad un periodo di vacanze (ore 23) specialmente se rapportato al fatto che non vi sono zone di intrattenimento nelle vicinanze.

His Opinion: We chose this hotel for our 40 year wedding because last year we are very happy with the food in Your restaurant and the rooms.

The staff in the bar, restaurant and reception were very friendly. We had Some problems with the water. It rains water from the ceiling but the reception man solved the problems.

But if there is always too little staff in the restaurant, for example, then everything will go wrong. We ordered, regularly, starter and main course, but the starter then came with the main course and we ordered bottles of wine with the food, only we didn't get bottles of wine. The organization did not go well. The Maitre can do nothing about it if it is far too busy with far too few staff.

Last but not least for us, the level of the food was terribly low. We ate a la carte, with 7 people. and apart from the fact that there was no cracking or taste, there were no vegetarian dishes on the menu. Our pregnant daughter and son-in-law were both vegetarian, no fish and meat, and the only thing they could get was grilled vegetables.

this was all unworthy of a hotel of your level.

His Opinion: We stayed in room 201 which had a badly damaged wardrobe and was unusable, the damage was repeatedly pointed out to staff but no repairs were carried out and we were not offered an alternative room, the breakfast compared to what was offered in 2016 is nowhere nearly as nice or generous, on arrival we were informed that we were booked into a four person room when it was clearly stated on our confirmation form we had booked 2 rooms. We were grossly overcharged for drinks at the bar and if it wasn't for the intervention of your receptionist Valentina, who is an exceptional employee, the matter may have taken longer to resolve. Valentina and the girl who works at breakfast are brilliant and by far the best employees you have in the hotel.

His Opinion: Ottima location, personale gentile, camera ampia e sempre in ordine grazie a due ripassi giornalieri, terrazza in camera con vista mare spettacolare, ottima colazione, cucina nella media, spazi vomuni ben curati, piscina anonima e piccolina, spiaggia incantevole, animazione molto soft e poco coinvolgente, manca un’area giochi per bambini, SPA deludente in quanto priva di una vasca o piscina a idromassaggio e le docce emozionali erano delle normali docce con luci led e la temperatura si doveva regolare con un monocomando manualmente, come la doccia di casa praticamente.

je pense que vous auriez pu proposer une autre chambre, celle-ci étant au rez. Vu le nombre de résidents.

His Opinion: Hotelteil liegt an viel befahrener Strasse - Nachts in den oberen Zimmer Verkehrslärm hörbar. Hinter Hotelanlage ist fast die ganze Landschaft unnatürlich mit Plastik der Landwirtschaft verdeckt. Der Strand mit wenig Sand und erschwertem Zugang zum Meer. In der Hotelanlage wurde am Samstagabend eine grandiose und sehr schöne (aber sehr laute) Hochzeitsfeier gefeiert - Hotelgäste wurden gestört und verdrängt und alles ohne Entschädigung.
Aufenthalt, Essen und Frühstück entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Sehr schöne Sicht auf Schloss.

His Opinion: Nous n'avons séjourné que quelques jours et n'avons pas pu profiter du spa et du restaurant. Mais la chambere, la plage et le petit déjeuner étaient vraiement très bien. Je pense que nous reviendrons pour un séjour plus long afin de tester le Spa !!

His Opinion: Die Nachspeise auf der Abendspeisekarte war für mich zu bemängeln. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.
Dann noch Euro 3.- für Coperta pro Person empfinde ich als zuviel für das angebotene Essen.
Es wäre verbesserungswürdig.

Ansonsten war alles wunderschön und das Personal äußerst liebenswert und zuvorkommend !!!!!

His Opinion: Service und Gastfreundlichkeit lässt arg zu wünschen übrig. Von dem uns bekannten Personal, sind die Zimmermädchen, das gesamte Badeaufsichtpersonal, zwei Serviceangestellte und zwei Receptionisten top, der Rest flop. Die gesamte Anlage wird gemolken ohne auch nur einen Hauch in Renovationsarbeiten zu stecken. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist Wunderschön. Das Frühstück ist im Kasernenstil, schade wenn man bedenkt, dass Sizilien kulinarisch einiges mehr zu bieten hat als Rührei mit Speck. Danke für die Erfahrung wir sind geheilt.

His Opinion: The pictures displayed on the website do not represent the reality, even if the reality is not bad. Let's say that this place is more a "resort" with 60+ rooms, and is giving the impression of an hotel, more than a charming house.. now, beach is impressive, food is great, nothing to really complaint for except the proximity between the swimming pool and the speedway. Again, pictures give a very different idea of the reality.

( camere , location , ristorazione disponibilità del personale ) . unica nota dolente i servizi non all altezza dell appellativo resort . impossibilità ad avere nulla al di fuori del orario del pranzo e negli orari pomeridiani . il personale che ti palleggia tra il bar ed il ristorante (chiuso dopo le ore 15.00 e fino alle ore 19.00 ) . nessun servizio in prossimità della spiaggia. ( solo acqua fornita da un zelante ed attivo bagnino ) insomma è vero che siamo in Sicilia ma questo significa ancora più attenzione al cliente !!!

His Opinion: Although located on a beautiful property, this hotel left something to be desired. It does not live up to its potential. The front desk was understaffed and underattentive. It took us a very long time to check in, and they barely pointed the way to our room despite the pouring rain. Our room had ants and only half working lights. Staff members were unhelpful. The breakfast buffet was okay, but nothing special and the pastries were terrible. Their property is lovely, and they could improve with a better staff.

His Opinion: This is a wonderfully sited hotel with really lovely staff (we would like to praise Carmela and Carmelo but they stand for all the others in their friendly helpfulness). The food was superb. The service excellent. The decor and ambiance very pleasant. We missed having a more intimate lounge where guests might have met each other more easily. The white plastic chairs on our balcony need fixing as the broken plastic strips can scratch and even cut they are so sharp. More books and magazines would have been good. But these are minor points and we would warmly recommend the hotel. The prices were very reasonable.

His Opinion: Place is located in a sweet spot......calm, great views and next door to a castle. Hotel needs to up its tempo for reception and cleaning of rooms while ensuring all works well (phone was not working and tub was not draining). otherwise great. Food great too and restaurant staff great.

I will go back without concern.

His Opinion: Ein schönes ruhiges Hotel in einem großen Garten direkt am Meer mit Blick auf das Castello! Ein idealer Ort zum Ausruhen und genießen. Wer nicht auf seinem Balkon sitzen möchte findet viele Möglichkeiten sich im Garten oder am Pool aufzuhalten oder macht lange Spaziergänge am Strand. Der Aufenthaltsbereich um die Bar könnte ergänzt und bereichert werden durch kleine Tische mit Stühlen so dass man auch dort abends lesen oder Karten spielen könnte. Dieses ist auf der aussen Terrasse möglich jedoch ist es In der Vorsaison zu kühl um abends draussen zu sitzen.

His Opinion: Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de réelle plage (3m linéaire de sable pour rentrer dans l'eau) et que le restaurant soit un peu cher pour les plats proposés. Très belle vue sur le chateau (pour les chambres avec vue) qui n'est malheureusement pas éclairé le soir...

His Opinion: Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de constater que contrairement a ce qui etait indiqué sur le site, la suite n etait pas dotee de jaccuzi. L espace de la chambre beaucoup trop grand, decoration spartiate et mauvaise installation de lumiere. La connection wifi dans les chambres impossible.
Nous avons etes surclassés durant le sejour, dans une tres belle chambre avec deux terrasses vue sur la mer! Magnifique vue. C etait presque parfait! Car il persistait dans cette chambre, une odeur d egout, nous avons aussi decouvert des traces de moisissures au plafond il y avait aussi des elements comme porte des toilettes ou television qui ne fonctionnaient pas!

His Opinion: Tutto ottimo. Suggerirei una più accurata pulizia ella spiaggia, una pur parziale rimozione di sassi e scogli, e l'installazione di un pontile galleggiante. Non trascurando qualche piccola attività non rumorosa, tipo canoe o piccoli natanti a remi per brevi escursioni. Potenzierei il servizio ristorazione sulla spiaggia, sia come varietà di cibi che come orari.

- Internet IMPERATIF dans les chambres - pas normal de devoir se connecter dans le hall pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

His Opinion: Posto semplicemente incantevole. Pace, tranquillità e relax sono le parole che meglio descrivono il nostro soggiorno. Se pensate ad un posto dove ricaricarvi, lo avete trovato. Il personale è cortese, servizievole, insomma vi coccolano ad ogni momento. Desiderate qualcosa? Basta chiedere. Il direttore una persona cordialissima, attenta, professionale e la simpatia di certo non gli manca. Credo proprio che tornerò.
Forse il mare, quando è mosso, non il miglior mare della Sicilia, ma il resto ripaga tutto. La stanza, meravigliosa, veniva pulita e sistemata più volte al giorno. Insomma, nessuna pecca.
Andate e buon divertimento.

His Opinion: The location of the hotel was superb, rooms modern and very comfortable although very thin adjoining walls so a lot of noise between rooms was shared. Staff could have also been a little more welcoming, we arrived mid afternoon to find the restaurant was closed, we were subsequently offered room service but charged 10 euros as no other options! Room was then not cleared of empty dishes. Restaurant only offered one main course option and one dessert, very limited? Overall a good experience, the finishing touches were just lacking.

His Opinion: Belle le camere. Deludente la spiaggia. La quqlita le cibo media, Ci aspettavamo di piu' , mischiare carne e pesce, riso e pasta non ci e' piaciuto.

His Opinion: Leider entsprach das Dinner in keinster Weise einem 4 Sterne Hotel.Wir haben dreimal zu Abend im Hotel gegessen und waren jedesmal enttäuscht bzw. sogar geschockt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte in keiner Weise.
Drei Gänge bestehend aus Fisch (noch dazu Sardinen) ist eine Zumutung.
Ein Staek für 33,00€ ca.180gr. ohne Beilage und ein Gericht ausgedruckt als Carne (heißt für uns übersetzt Fleisch) für 21,00€ bestand aus 3 Stückchen Käse plus zwei Kleckse Marmelade. Ich könnte noch einige Punkte aufführen aber das bringt ja nichts.
Zum anderen habe ich Zuhause festgestellt, dass uns 51,00€ zuviel in Rechnung gestellt wurden.44,00€ für CITY TAX ? war in der Bestätigung nicht angegeben und 11,00€ wurden zuviel für Getränke berechnet.
Alles in Allem kein sehr positives Ergebnis.

1- spiaggia non pulita ma soprattutto fatiscente dal punto di vista strutturale
2- non è accettabile la lista dei vini con il più economico a euro 26, ripeto euro 26 (cdc del costo medio di euro 5);
3- governante continuamente sollecitata a sostituire le necessità mancanti in bagno;
4- inaccettabile la formula fast lunch con prezzi eccessivi per i diversi piatti;
5- mezzi audio-visivi di scarsa qualità, piccoli per dimensioni (tv a 22 pollici) con acquisto programmi sky attraverso la reception!!! sistema wi-fi di scarsa potenza e qualità.
in sostanza squilibrio consistente tra qualità-servizi-prezzo finale.

His Opinion: Das Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt, auch der Pool ist sehr sauber, jedoch bräuchte er eine kleine Restauration. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, jedoch die Funktion der Schranktüren war Glücksache. Das Essen war gut, aber es hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mangelhaft war der Internetzugang, funktionierte fast nie. TV gab es nur auf italienisch, weil angeblich der Empfang schlecht war. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, was sehr schön war, nur am Abend hätte ich mir ein wenig Unterhaltung gewünscht. Es gab nicht mal Musik an der Bar. Ansonsten ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und mit Sicherheit kommen wir mal wieder.

His Opinion: Le lieu de cet hôtel est magique grâce à la plage (malheureusement pas entretenue et mal organisée) et le
château.
Nous avons bien mangé. Dans le pays des oranges il semblerait normal d'avoir du jus d'orange frais le matin !
L'hôtel est sale et mal entretenu, vraiment dommage...
Bref cher pour ce qui est offert, le décors ne fait pas tout!

His Opinion: ACTUALLY STAYED TWO NIGHTS. DINNER WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL, BUT HOTEL VERY NICE. WAS A BIT SURPRISED FIRST NIGHT TO DISCOVER BATHROOM WASTE BIN WAS FULL FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS IN ROOM - THIS WAS'NT SO NICE (ROOM 208) !!!! BUT OVERALL, VERY NICE.

His Opinion: Das Unterhaltungsangebot wurde nur mit befriedigend bewertet, da es außer Meer und Pool nur einen Tennisplatz gab. Für uns war das jedoch nicht wichtig.
Insgesamt handelt es sich für nur 65 Zimmer um eine sehr große und ruhige Anlage.
Das Restaurant war sehr gut und sehr flexibel wenn es um Sonderwünsche oder Alternativen beim Menü ging.

Ansonsten höfliche Bedienung.

His Opinion: Les douches ne sont pas très pratiques (il faudrait rajouter un pommeau à jet), le spa est beuacoup trop cher au vu de la nature des prestations, le hammam ne sent pas très bon (rajouter des essences locales type eucalyptus...).

La camera ed il bagno molto puliti e confortevoli.
Gli spazi interni comuni poco curati nella pulizia.
Il personale addetto al servizio della prima colazione poco professionale,poco attento,e poco presente. Il nostro espresso è arrivato dopo la terza richiesta e il nostro desiderio di avere apparecchiato un tavolo che non fosse colpito dal sole non è mai stato esaudito!

His Opinion: mi sono trovata molto bene, personale molto cortese ma molto lento il servizio.
avrei degli appunti da fare:
- kit di cortesia in camera molto scarso, mancavano dalla cuffia alla penna, mancava veramente tutto, un alberghetto 3 stelle è più fornito.
- poca comunicazione tra cucina e personale, soprattutto quello in piscina e in spiaggia: quella povera ragazza faceva avanti e indietro macinando chilometri e se ti dimenticavi di ordinare qualcosa non la ordinavi più perchè se no lei doveva andare in cucina dire cosa preparare e tornare e intanto passava un'ora. sarebbe bastata una ricetrasmittente così intanto che lei faceva strada le cose venivano preparate.
la struttura è molto bella e la cucina è ottima, è stato molto piacevole e rilassante lo consiglierò, grazie

His Opinion: El hotel está muy bien,para mi lo peor es que está lejos de los sitios interesantes para ver,los kilómetros no son muchos pero las carreteras son malas y con mucho tráfico

His Opinion: Nous avons passé un très agréable moment à l'hôtel, et avons également très bien mangé, e demi-pension. un seul petit bémol : nous n'avons pas pu disposer du lit bébé la première nuit, malgré ma réservation.

His Opinion: Volendo stare indisturbati a bordo piscina sarebbe preferibile evitare la musica fastidiosa che accompagna le signore per la lezione della ginnastica in acqua. Cio' vi fa un po somigliare a certi orribili resorts o clubs o spiagge italiane invasi dalla cosi' detta musica di intrattenimento.

His Opinion: E' stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo in una struttura elegante e tranquilla; buona cucina, servizio accurato e gradevole; posizione ideale per visitare alcuni siti archeologici della Sicilia. Unico punto negativo :non è collegata da vie di comunicazione agevoli con gli aereoporti dell'Isola.

We felt that the fixed menu dinner was more regime than philosopy all beit it was indeed very nice, but also feel that it should reflect natural scicily/italy food culture.
The bar area and indeed restaurant lack atmosphere, ambience and character.
